November update and news
Posted on 3 November 2015
DNEAT are very pleased to welcome Dereham Church of England Junior Academy who converted on 1 November to our growing family of academies. Mr Toplis and his team have worked hard behind the scenes with governors, staff, parents and pupils to ensure this has been a smooth transition. We also want to wish retiring business manager Shirley Capes all the very best as she has particularly shouldered a number of the financial tasks and requirements during the changeover whilst supporting Sonja May who takes over from her on 2nd November.
If you are free on Saturday 21 November and want to know how a 3 D printer can produce a hand for a child who has lost theirs through injury or illness, or have a keen interest in Raspberry Pie computers, come down to the Castle Museum between 10 and 4 pm. Students from Open Academy, Kessingland and Peterhouse Church of England Primary Academies will literally be "on hand" to show you round and tell you all about the latest technology.
