The Diocese of Norwich Education and Academies Trust (DNEAT) are looking for an organised and reliable Administration Assistant, with excellent communication skills, to join our small friendly central team (vacancy from start of September 2018).
DNEAT is a fast growing multi academy trust serving predominantly primary schools across Norfolk. The successful applicant will be based at the organisation’s central offices at Easton on the outskirts of Norwich just off the A47.
The Administration Assistant will be a proactive central DNEAT member acting as a first point of contact for internal and external queries. You’ll have an essential input into actioning a variety of day to day office tasks as well as involvement in the Trust’s broader work, projects and events which focus on and around academy improvement. The role is largely client focused in a busy office environment – no two days are the same.
You’ll have an approachable manner, be a strong communicator ready to build good working relationships with a range of stakeholders. Working with the PA to the Executive Office you’ll provide efficient, flexible and high quality administrative support for the Academy Improvement Team and other colleagues centrally and across the Trust.
You will need a minimum of 5 GCSEs grade C and above including Mathematics and English (or equivalent) coupled with the personal attributes/transferable skills outlined in the job description. The role carries a starting salary of £16,716 – £20,705 (dependent on experience/current qualifications) per annum for the right person.
