This is wonderful opportunity for a people focussed and highly organised colleague to join the administration team at Kingfisher Federation. The post will be based at Gillingham St Michael’s with the possibility of working across the Federation. The successful candidate will have a professional and calm manner, be self-motivated and enjoy working with our children, staff, families and visitors.

The person appointed will need to demonstrate sympathy with the Christian ethos of the Academy Trust.  The role involves supporting administrative and clerical functions to a high standard within the partnership, ensuring consistency.

You should:

  • Ideally have relevant experience of working in a school. However, if you feel you have transferable skills and are looking for a new challenge then please tell us these in the personal statement of your application.
  • Have good literacy and numeracy skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work under own initiative
  • Proficient in a wide range of office skills including use of Microsoft Office.
  • Confidentiality is an important part of the role with particular regard to maintaining data involved with data protection
  • Able to prioritise work and meet deadlines
