The Diss Primary Academy Partnership requires an excellent EYFS practitioner to teach within a highly committed team from after February half-term (22nd) 2021. The successful candidate will teach a parallel Reception class, alongside an experienced teacher.  This is a full-time position, fixed-term to 31 August 2021. Salary range £25,714-£36,961.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher to become part of our hard-working EYFS team.  You should be flexible and a team-player, with bags of energy who wishes to work in an amazing learning environment, both inside and outside.   We are enjoying developing our curriculum in line with the new EYFS curriculum which we are trialling before becoming statutory.  We use Tapestry to foster good relationships with our parents and record observations linked to our objective-led planning.

Our two schools are sited in the heart of Diss and serve the whole town community.  At Diss Primary Academy Partnership we offer a broad and balanced curriculum, which is relevant, inspires our children’s imaginations and focuses on ensuring high standards.  We aim to provide a warm, caring and stimulating atmosphere supported by Christian values where individual talents are nurtured, developed and celebrated.

Diss Church of England Junior Academy was founded because of the Christian ethos of Service, and a commitment to Serve and to Love lies at the root of everything we do.  The Infant School and Nursery were built as a community school to serve the community also with love at its heart.  Whether or not our children, families and staff are practising Christians, we exist for our community.  We aim to be a living expression of a Christian commitment to ‘love our neighbour’, serve and to nurture.

The schools are part of the St Benet’s Multi Academy Trust (under the Diocese of Norwich).
