• Colleagues who work closely together across our federation and in each academy
• Children that are well-behaved, enthusiastic and polite
• Full DSL training, induction and regular supervision, including NVQs to develop your role further in the future.

The PSA hours will be 20 hours per week, ideally split across each academy.  This will be to develop coffee mornings / surgeries for parent, lead Family Support Processes, co-ordinate referrals to external agencies and offer some training and support to our families in need.  A close working relationship with the Executive Head and Head of Schools for each academy is essential.

Unity Federation and each academy in it is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. A full DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check will be required for the successful candidate and other procedures and checks will be followed.
