Our well established, Specialist Resource Base (The Phoenix Unit) needs a dynamic, energetic lead teacher and manager.

Are you looking for a new challenge as the lead professional for our KS1 Specialist Resource Base, which has provision for up to 8 pupils across KS1 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties?

  • Looking for your next challenge to progress your role in school?
  • A skilled creative practitioner with at least 3 years’ Primary experience, some of it at KS1
  • Able to demonstrate experience of working in a more challenging environment.
  • Knowledgeable about SEN
  • Able to lead a small team of highly skilled and trained teaching assistants.

We are looking for a practitioner who will be sympathetic to the ethos of the SRB centre and our wider church school. The Centre also works with specialist support partners at NCC and network of other SEMH SRB Centres.
