Alzheimer’s Society Annual Elf Day at Peterhouse

On Friday 3 December Peterhouse Primary Academy in Gorleston took part in the Alzheimer’s Society annual Elf Day. Everyone was invited to come dressed as an elf or something equally festive and prizes were given to the best dressed in each class. Donations from families and staff as well as Guess the Name of the Elf Competitions and a bake sale for staff raised in excess of £450 for the charity which supports those living with dementia and their families.
Karen Lea, Year 4 teacher who organised the day said “It was great to see everyone dressed up for the day for such a good cause and we are thrilled with how much we raised. We thank everyone who donated and made it a great day.”
