The Adventures of Dean the DNEAT Bear at Caston CofE Primary Academy

We wanted to inform the Trust of our school bear ‘Dean the DNEAT Bear’. Our school council team thought it would be in the best interest of the bear if we called him Dean and sent him home with a family every weekend.
We have put together a journal for Dean. The journal allows children who take him home for the weekend to share their adventures with writing and pictures. This is then shared in collective worship with the rest of the school.
Please see Dean’s first adventure home and what an amazing adventure it was for him. The children are all very eager to take Dean home and to be able to share their stories with the school.
